  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 34(5) of the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia Act 1994 [Act 520], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri

Pembinaan Malaysia (Imposition of Levy) Order 2016.

April 2016

to 31 December 2017.

Imposition of levy 2.

The rate of levy imposed on a contractor is reduced from 0.25 per centum to 0.125 per centum of the contract sum.

Revocation 3.

Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia (Imposition of Levy)

Order 2003 [P.U. (A) 264/2003] is revoked.
