  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 34(5) of the Lembaga Pembangunan Industri Pembinaan Malaysia Act 1994 [Act 520], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

Imposition of levy 2.

The rate of levy imposed on a contractor is varied from 0.25 per centum

(a quarter per centum) to 0.125 per centum of the contract sum.
