  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 33(1) of the Lembaga Pembangunan Langkawi Act 1990 [Act 423], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Lembaga Pembangunan Langkawi (Extention of Period of Operation) Order 2020. Extension of period of operation 2. The Federal Government and the State Government of Kedah, by agreement, extend the operation of the Act for the period from 15 March 2020 to 14 March 2040.
