Each search or inspection of any document filed with the Authority in respect of a Labuan Islamic limited partnership or a Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership:
(a)
search or inspection made by a general partner, limited partner, designated partner, partner of a Labuan Islamic limited liability partnership or liquidator of the partnership; or
(b)
search or inspection made by any other person approved by a general partner, designated partner, partner of a Labuan
Islamic limited liability partnership, liquidator of the partnership or by the
Authority
