Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(1) of the Control of Smoking Products For Public Health Act 2024 [Act 852], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 1 October 2024.
Approved laboratories 2.
The Minister approves the laboratories specified in the Schedule as approved laboratories for the purposes of the Act.
