Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3A(1) of the Food Act 1983 [Act 281], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Approved Laboratories (Amendment) Order 2024. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Approved Laboratories Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 479/2009] is amended in the Schedule—
(b)
by inserting after item 28 the following item:
“29.
Bahagian Perkhidmatan Makmal, Jabatan Pertanian Malaysia/
Laboratory Services Division, Department of Agriculture Malaysia”.
