  1. WHEREAS the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has pursuant to Article 43 of the Federal Constitution appointed Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak as the Prime Minister of the Federal Government: NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

Order 2013.

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 6 May 2013.

Ministerial functions 2.

It is notified that the Prime Minister, Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul

Razak, shall be charged with the responsibility in respect of all departments of the

Federal Government and the subjects for which the departments are responsible until the appointment of the other Ministers in the Cabinet.

Revocation 3.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 222/2009] is revoked.
