WHEREAS the Yang di-Pertuan Agong has pursuant to Article 43 of the Federal Constitution appointed Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob as the Prime Minister of the Federal Government: NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government (No. 2)

Order 2021.

This Order comes into operation on 21 August 2021.

Ministerial functions 2.

It is notified that the Prime Minister, Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri bin Yaakob, shall be charged with the responsibility in respect of all departments of the

Federal Government and the subjects for which the departments are responsible until the appointment of the other Ministers in the Cabinet.

Revocation 3.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order 2021 [P.U. (A) 337/2021]

is revoked.
