MINISTERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT (NO. 3) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2020

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2020.

(2)

Subsubparagraph 2(a)(i) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 March 2020.

(3)

Subsubparagraph 2(a)(ii) and subparagraph 2(b) are deemed to have come into operation on 10 March 2020.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order (No. 3) 2020 [P.U. (A) 201/2020]

is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

in respect of the Prime Minister’s Department—

(i)

by substituting for the words “10 March 2020” in the

“Style and Title/Date of Appointment” column appearing against the name “Tan Sri Dato’ Haji Mahiaddin bin Md. Yasin”

in the “Person” column the words “1 March 2020”; and

(ii)

by deleting the item “Yayasan Pelaburan Hartanah Bumiputera”

in the “Department/Subject” column; and

(b)

in respect of the Ministry of Rural Development, by substituting for the item “Federal Land Consolidation and Rehabilitation Authority (FELCRA)

Berhad” in the “Department/Subject” column the item “FELCRA Berhad”.
