PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Fungsi-Fungsi Menteri 1969 [Akta 2], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Menteri-Menteri Kerajaan

Persekutuan (Pindaan) (No. 2) 2012.

Subperenggan 2(a) disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 9 Ogos 2011.

MINISTERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) ORDER 2012

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2012.

(2)

Subparagraph 2(a) is deemed to have come into operation on 9 August 2011.

(3)

Subparagraph 2(b) is deemed to have come into operation on 9 April 2012.

(4)

Subparagraph 2(c) is deemed to have come into operation on 1 April 2012.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Ministers of the Federal Government Order 2009

[P.U. (A) 222/2009] is amended―

(a)

in respect of the Ministry of Plantation Industries and Commodities by deleting the words “Senator Dato’ Palanivel a/l K. Govindasamy” in the

“Persons” column and the words “Deputy Minister of Plantation Industries and Commodities” against it in the “Styles and Titles” column;

(b)

in respect of the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development by substituting for the words “Senator Dato’ Sri Shahrizat binti Abdul

Jalil” in the “Persons” column the words “Dato’ Sri Mohd. Najib bin Tun

Haji Abdul Razak”; and

in respect of the Ministry of Federal Territories and Urban Wellbeing by inserting in the “Departments” and “Subjects” columns after the words

“Perbadanan Putrajaya” in the “Departments” column the following words:

“Kampong Bharu

Development

Corporation

Performing functions and exercising powers under the

Kampong Bharu Development

Corporation Act 2011”.
