PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 2 Akta Fungsi-Fungsi Menteri 1969 [Akta 2], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Menteri-Menteri Kerajaan

Persekutuan (Pindaan) (No. 3) 2023.

disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 3 Disember 2022.

disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 25 Julai 2023.

(a)

berkenaan dengan Jabatan Perdana Menteri, dengan menggantikan perkataan “Dato’ Sri Azalina binti Othman Said” dalam ruang “Nama”

dengan perkataan “Dato’ Sri Azalina binti Othman”; dan

(b)

berkenaan dengan Kementerian Perdagangan Dalam Negeri dan Kos Sara

Hidup—

(i)

dengan menggantikan perkataan “Datuk Seri Salahuddin bin Ayub”

dalam ruang “Nama” dengan perkataan “Datuk Armizan bin Mohd

Ali”; dan

MINISTERS OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 3) ORDER 2023

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2023.

(2)

Subparagraph 2(a)

is deemed to have come into operation on 3 December 2022.

(3)

Subparagraph 2(b)

is deemed to have come into operation on 25 July 2023.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 27/2023]

is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

in respect of the Prime Minister’s Department, by substituting for the words “Dato’ Sri Azalina binti Othman Said” in the “Person” column the words “Dato’ Sri Azalina binti Othman”; and

(b)

in respect of the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living—

(i)

by substituting for the words “Datuk Seri Salahuddin bin Ayub” in the “Person” column the words “Datuk Armizan bin Mohd Ali”; and

(ii)

by substituting for the words “3 December 2022” in the “Style and

Title/Date of Appointment” column appearing against the words

“25 July 2023”.
