Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Ministerial Functions Act 1969 [Act 2], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Ministers of the Federal Government

(Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2024.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 12 December 2023.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Ministers of the Federal Government Order 2023 [P.U. (A) 27/2023] is amended in the Schedule—

(a)

in respect of the Prime Minister's Department—

(i)

by deleting the item

in the

(ii)

by deleting the item
