Pencetakan, pengimportan, penghasilan, penghasilan semula, penerbitan, penjualan, pengelilingan, pengedaran atau pemilikan hasil penerbitan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan yang memudaratkan ketenteraman awam adalah dilarang secara mutlak di seluruh Malaysia.

PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS (CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS)

ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Printing Presses and

Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications (Control of

Undesirable Publications) 2012.

Prohibition 2.

The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publications which are described in the

Schedule and which are prejudicial to public order are absolutely prohibited throughout

Malaysia.
