PRINTING PRESSES AND PUBLICATIONS
(CONTROL OF UNDESIRABLE PUBLICATIONS) ORDER 2013
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 7(1) of the Printing Presses and
Publications Act 1984 [Act 301], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Printing Presses and Publications (Control of
Undesirable Publications) Order 2013.
Prohibition 2.
The printing, importation, production, reproduction, publishing, sale, issue, circulation, distribution or possession of the publications described in the Schedule which are prejudicial to public order are absolutely prohibited throughout Malaysia.
