ANCIENT MONUMENTS AND HISTORICAL SITES
(AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 67(1)
of the
National Heritage Act 2005 [Act 645], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Ancient Monuments and Historical Sites
(Amendment) Order 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Ancient Monuments and Historical Sites Order 1977 [P.U. (A) 116/1977]
is amended in the Schedule by substituting for item “Runtuhan Gereja St. John”
and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
