Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by Article 95C of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Borneo States (Legislative Powers)
(Amendment) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 10 January 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Borneo States (Legislative Powers) Order 1963 [L.N. 17/1963] is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, by inserting after item 5 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
