Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by Article 95C of the Federal Constitution, the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Borneo States (Legislative Powers)
(Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 3 January 2024.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Borneo States (Legislative Powers) (Amendment) Order 1963 [L.N. 17/1964]
is amended in the Schedule, in Part I, by inserting after item 6 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
