MALAYSIA ACT

STATE OF SARAWAK (EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF THE OFFENDERS COMPULSORY ATTENDANCE ACT 1954) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Malaysia Act [Act 26/1963], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the following order:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This order may be cited as the State of Sarawak (Extension and Modification of the Offenders Compulsory Attendance Act 1954) Order 2012.

Extension and modification of the Act to the State of Sarawak

2. (1) The Offenders Compulsory Attendance Act 1954 [Act 461], which is referred to as the "extended Act" in this Order, is extended to the State of Sarawak.
