Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Passports Act 1966 [Act 150], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Passports (Exemption) (No. 2)

(Amendment) Order 2021.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2022.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Passports (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 1966 [P.U. 135/1966] is amended in the Schedule by deleting item (h).
