PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2(2) Akta Pemajuan Perumahan (Kawalan dan Pelesenan) 1966 [Akta 118], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pemajuan Perumahan

(Kawalan dan Pelesenan) (Pengecualian) 2012.

(2)

Perintah ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 7 Julai 2010.

Seksyen 2

(1)

Menteri mengecualikan pemaju perumahan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual daripada peruntukan-peruntukan Akta bagi pemajuan dan penjualan rumah yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) di kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4).

(2)

Pengecualian di bawah subperenggan (1) diberikan bagi suatu tempoh sehingga perakuan siap dan pematuhan dikeluarkan kepada pemajuan itu.

HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (CONTROL AND LICENSING) ACT 1966

HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (CONTROL AND LICENSING) (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2(2) of the Housing Development

(Control and Licensing) Act 1966 [Act 118], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Housing Development (Control and

Licensing) (Exemption) Order 2012.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation on 7 July 2010.

Exemption 2.

(1)

The Minister exempts the housing developer specified in column (2) of the Schedule from the provisions of the Act for the development and sale of houses specified in column (3) in the area specified in column (4).

(2)

The exemption under subparagraph (1) is granted for a period until the certificate of completion and compliance is issued to the development.
