PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 19 Akta Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad 2001 [Akta 612], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

Seksyen 1

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pembangunan Sumber

Manusia Berhad (Pengecualian Levi) (No. 2) 2023.

(2)

Perintah ini disifatkan telah mula berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Januari 2022

hingga 31 Disember 2022.

Pengecualian levi

Seksyen 2

Menteri mengecualikan majikan yang baginya Akta terpakai dan yang telah mendaftar dengan Perbadanan bagi industri pendidikan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual daripada membayar apa-apa levi yang dinyatakan di bawah seksyen 14

dan 15 Akta berkenaan dengan setiap pekerjanya.

(EXEMPTION OF LEVY) (NO. 2) ORDER 2023

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 [Act 612], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad

(Exemption of Levy) (No. 2) Order 2023.

(2)

This Order is deemed to have come into operation from 1 January 2022

until 31 December 2022.

Exemption of levy 2.

The Minister exempts the employers to whom the Act applies and who have registered with the Corporation for education industry as specified in the Schedule from paying any levy specified under sections 14 and 15 of the Act in respect of each of its employees.
