PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 26 Akta Penapisan Filem 2002 [Akta 620], Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Penapisan Filem (Larangan) 2023.

Seksyen 2

Larangan

(1)

Menteri melarang penayangan, pempameran, pengedaran, pemilikan, penyebaran atau penjualan filem yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang bertentangan dengan kepentingan awam di seluruh Malaysia.

(2)

Bagi maksud Perintah ini, filem yang disebut dalam subperenggan (1)

hendaklah termasuk bahan publisiti filem itu.

FILM CENSORSHIP ACT 2002

FILM CENSORSHIP (PROHIBITION) ORDER 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Film Censorship Act 2002

[Act 620], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Film Censorship (Prohibition) Order 2023.

Prohibition 2.

(1)

The Minister prohibits the exhibition, display, distribution, possession, circulation or sale of the film described in the Schedule which is contrary to public interest throughout Malaysia.

(2)

For the purposes of this Order, the film referred to in subparagraph (1)

shall include the film-publicity material.
