PERINTAH PENDAFTARAN AHLI FARMASI (PINDAAN JADUAL PERTAMA) 2012

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 6(3) Akta Pendaftaran Ahli

Farmasi 1951 [Akta 371], Menteri selepas berunding dengan Lembaga, membuat perintah yang berikut:

Nama

1. Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Pendaftaran Ahli Farmasi (Pindaan

Jadual Pertama) 2012.

Pindaan Jadual Pertama 2.

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Pendaftaran Ahli Farmasi 1951 dipinda berhubung dengan negara “Malaysia”, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Universiti Nottingham

Kampus Malaysia” dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

Sains

Perubatan

Cyberjaya

Ijazah Sarjana Muda Farmasi

(Kepujian)”.

REGISTRATION OF PHARMACISTS ACT 1951

REGISTRATION OF PHARMACISTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2012

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3) of Registration of Pharmacists

Act 1951 [Act 371], the Minister after consulting the Board, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Registration of Pharmacists (Amendment of

First Schedule) Order 2012.

Amendment of the First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 is amended in relation to the country “Malaysia”, by inserting after the item “University of Nottingham

Malaysia Campus” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:

“Cyberjaya University

College of Medical

Sciences

Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons)”.
