REGISTRATION OF PHARMACISTS (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE)
(REVOCATION) ORDER 2021
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(3)
of the
Registration of Pharmacists Act 1951 [Act 371], the Minister, after consulting the Board, makes the following order:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Registration of Pharmacists
(Amendment of First Schedule) (Revocation) Order 2021.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 31 December 2021.
Revocation 2.
The Registration of Pharmacists (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2018
[P.U. (A) 182/2018] is revoked.
