subperenggan yang berikut:

Had mana-mana kawasan atau sebahagian dari sesuatu kawasan yang ditubuhkan sebagai taman laut hendaklah pada jarak satu batu nautika arah laut daripada titik terluar pulau-pulau yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Keempat yang diukur pada tikas air pasang biasa.”

ESTABLISHMENT OF MARINE PARKS MALAYSIA (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2023
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 41(1) of the Fisheries Act 1985 [Act 317], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Establishment of Marine Parks Malaysia
(Amendment) Order 2023.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 4 April 2023.
Amendment of paragraph 2 2.
The
Establishment of

Parks
Malaysia
Order 1994
[P.U. (A) 401/1994], which is referred to as the “principal Order” in this Order, is amended in paragraph 2—
(a)
in subparagraph (1), by substituting for the words “and Third Schedule”
the words “, Third Schedule and Fourth Schedule”; and
(b)
by inserting after subparagraph (4) the following subparagraph:
“(5)
The limit of any area or part of an area established as a marine park shall be at a distance of one nautical mile seaward from the outermost points of the islands specified in column (1)
of the Fourth Schedule as measured at normal tides.”
