- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 15 Akta Penyemakan Undang-Undang 1968 [Akta 1], Pesuruhjaya Penyemak Undang-Undang membuat perintah yang berikut: Nama

Pembetulan
Cetakan semula Akta Pilihan Raya 1958 [Akta 19] yang disiarkan dalam tahun 2016 yang mengandungi segala pindaan hingga 1 Disember 2016 dibetulkan—
(i)
dalam perenggan 7(1)(c), dengan menggantikan perkataan "pusat atau pusat-pusat akan ditubuhkan" dengan perkataan "tempat atau tempat-tempat akan ditubuhkan"; dan
(ii)
dalam subperenggan 7(1)(d)(iii), dengan menggantikan perkataan "pusat atau pusat-pusat yang telah ditetapkan" dengan perkataan "tempat atau tempat-tempat yang telah ditetapkan"; dan
(i)
dalam seksyen 10, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan "No person shall" perkataan "be"; dan
(ii)
dalam seksyen 17, dengan menggantikan perkataan "after any regulation" dengan perkataan "after any regulations".

REVISION OF LAWS (RECTIFICATION OF ELECTIONS ACT 1958) ORDER 2018

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Revision of Laws Act 1968 [Act 1], the Commissioner of Law Revision makes the following order: Citation
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Revision of Laws (Rectification of Elections Act 1958) Order 2018.
Seksyen 2
Rectification
The reprint of the Elections Act 1958 [Act 19] published in the year 2016 incorporating all amendments up to 1 December 2016 is rectified—
(i)
in paragraph 7(1)(c), by substituting for the words "pusat atau pusat-pusat akan ditubuhkan" the words "tempat atau tempattempat akan ditubuhkan"; and
(ii)
in subparagraph 7(1)(d)(iii), by substituting for the words "pusat atau pusat-pusat yang telah ditetapkan" the words "tempat atau tempat-tempat yang telah ditetapkan"; and
(i)
in section 10, by inserting after the words "No person shall" the word "be"; and
(ii)
in section 17, by substituting for the words "after any regulation" the words "after any regulations".
