Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 28(5)(e) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Dental (Exemption) Order 2012. Exemption 2. SEGi University College (M) Sdn. Bhd. is exempted from the application of section 28 of the Act.
