- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 28(5)(e) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Dental (Exemption) Order 2013. Exemption 2. Lincoln University College is exempted from the application of section 28 of the Act.
