IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2013. Amendment of the Second Schedule 2. The Dental Act 1971 [Act 51] is amended in the Second Schedule in relation to the country of “Malaysia” by inserting after the item “MAHSA University College” and the item relating to it, the following items: “International Medical University Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.
