DENTAL ACT 1971

DENTAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 3) ORDER 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2)

of the

Dental Act 1971 [Act 51], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Dental (Amendment of Second Schedule)

(No. 3) Order 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Dental Act 1971 is amended in relation to the country of “India” by substituting for the item “Manipal Medical College, Manipal Academy of Higher Education that is deemed to be a university and which was formerly known as Manipal University, Manipal” the following item:

Institution granting qualification

“Manipal University College Malaysia, Manipal

Academy of Higher Education, that is deemed to be a university and which was formerly known as

Manipal Medical College, Manipal Academy of Higher Education that is deemed to be a university and which was formerly known as Manipal University, Manipal”.
