An approved MAT insurance broker is exempted from the application of paragraph 8(1)(b) of the Act.
Exemption from subsection 127(1) of the Act 5.
Any person who enters into or causes to be entered into any contract in respect of
MAT insurance with an approved MAT insurer is exempted from the application of subsection 127(1) of the Act.
Revocation
