dalam perenggan 6, dalam ruang pertama, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “Mahkamah Sesyen” perkataan “, Mahkamah Rendah

dalam perenggan 11, dalam ruang pertama, dengan menggantikan perkataan “atau 132a” dengan perkataan “, 132a atau 132b”; dan

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 264 of the Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 758], the Minister, on the recommendation of the Bank, makes the following order: Citation

This order may be cited as the Financial Services (Amendment of
Jadual
Schedule 11) Order 2021.

Amendment of Schedule 11
2. Schedule 11 to the Financial Services Act 2013 is amended—
(a)
in paragraph 5—
(i)
in the first column, by inserting after the words “garnishee order” the words “or a hiwalah order”; and
(ii)
in the second column, by inserting after the words “garnishee order” the words “or the hiwalah order”;
(b)
in paragraph 6, in the first column, by inserting after the words
“Sessions Court” the words “, a Syariah Subordinate Court, a Syariah
High Court or a Syariah Appeal Court”;
(c)
in paragraph 11, in the first column, by substituting for the words
“or 132a” the words “, 132a or 132b”; and
(d)
in paragraph 18, by substituting for the particulars in the second column the following particulars:

Persons to whom documents or information may be disclosed
“Any officer of—
(a)
a financial institution or its association;
(b)
an Islamic financial institution as defined in section 143
of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 [Act 759] or its association; or
(c)
a prescribed institution as defined in subsection 3(1)
of the Development Financial Institutions Act 2002
[Act 618] or its association, who may receive the documents or information.”.
