PERINTAH PERSAINGAN (PINDAAN JADUAL PERTAMA) 2013

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Persaingan 2010 [Akta 712] dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 2 perenggan yang berikut:

Akta Kemajuan Petroleum 1974 [Akta 144] dan Peraturan-Peraturan

Petroleum 1974 [P.U. (A) 432/1974] setakat yang aktiviti komersial yang dikawal selia di bawah perundangan ini berkaitan secara langsung dengan aktiviti pengeluaran yang merangkumi aktiviti mengeksplorasi, mengeksploit, mendapatkan dan memperoleh petroleum sama ada di pantai atau di luar pantai

Malaysia.”.

COMPETITION ACT 2010

COMPETITION (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(3) of the Competition Act 2010

[Act 712], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Competition (Amendment of First

Schedule) Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 January 2014.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Competition Act 2010 [Act 712] is amended by inserting after paragraph 2 the following paragraph:

“3.

Petroleum Development Act 1974 [Act 144] and the Petroleum

Regulations 1974 [P.U. (A) 432/1974] in so far as the commercial activities regulated under these legislation are directly in connection with upstream operations comprising the activities of exploring, exploiting, winning and obtaining petroleum whether onshore or offshore of Malaysia.”.
