COMPETITION (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2016

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(3)

of the

Competition Act 2010 [Act 712], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the

Competition

(Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2016.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 March 2016.

Amendment of First Schedule 2.

The First Schedule to the Competition Act 2010 [Act 712] is amended by inserting after paragraph 3 the following paragraph:

“4. Malaysian Aviation Commission Act 2015 [Act 771].”.
