  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 3) Order 2013. Amendment of Second Schedule 2. The Medical Act 1971 is amended in the Second Schedule in relation to the country of “India” by inserting the following items: Name of Institution granting qualification Description of qualification “S. S. Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (SSIMSRC) Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Recognised on 12 July 2012)”.
