  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2) of the Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule) (No. 4) Order 2013. Amendment of Second Schedule 2. The Medical Act 1971 is amended in the Second Schedule by substituting for the item “China” and the particulars appearing against it the following item and particulars: Country in which qualification is granted Name of Institution granting qualification Description of qualification “China Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Recognized on 19 March 2013) Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University Bachelor of Medicine (Recognized on 19 March 2013) Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (Recognized on 19 March 2013) Doctor of Medicine (Recognized on 19 March 2013)”.
