MEDICAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 5) ORDER 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2)

of the

Medical

Act 1971

[Act 50], the

Minister, after consulting the

Council, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule)

(No. 5) Order 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Medical Act 1971 is amended in relation to the country of “Malaysia”—

(a)

by substituting for the particulars relating to the item

“Universiti Teknologi MARA” the following particulars:

Description of qualification

“Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery

(recognized on 10 April 2008)

Bachelor of

Medicine and

Bachelor of

Surgery

(recognized on 25 February 2013)”;

(b)

by substituting for the particulars relating to the item

“Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia” the following particulars:
