Perintah Racun Makhluk Perosak (Pengecualian) 2004 [P.U. (A) 13/2004] dipinda dalam Jadual, dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Umpan lalat, lipas atau semut”
dengan butiran “Racun tikus untuk kegunaan seisi rumah bagi pek saiz kurang 100 gram”.

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This Order comes into operation on 15 March 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Pesticides (Exemption) Order 2004 [P.U. (A) 13/2004] is amended in the
Schedule by inserting after item “Fly, cockroach or ant baits” item “Rodenticides for household use for pack size less than 100 grams”.
