PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2021

Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister, on the advice of the Board, makes the following order: Citation
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Pesticides (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2021.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Pesticides Act 1974 is amended—
(a)
by inserting after the item "Cyanofenphos" and the particulars appearing against it the following item and particulars:
Common name Chemical name "Cyanogen Ethanedinitrile";
(b)
by inserting after the item "Dimoxystrobin" and the particulars appearing against it the following item and particulars:
Common name Chemical name "Dimpropyridaz 1-[(1RS)-1,2-dimethylpropyl]-N-ethyl-5 methyl-N-pyridazin-4yl-1H-pyrazole-4 carboxamide";
(c)
by inserting after the item "Florpyrauxifen (including its salts and esters)" and the particulars appearing against it the following item and particulars:
Common name Chemical name "Florypicoxamid (1S)-2,2-bis(4-fluorophenyl)-1-methylethyl N-[(3-acetoxy-4-methoxy-2-pyridil) carbonyl]-L-alaninate";
