PESTICIDES (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 58 of the Pesticides Act 1974 [Act 149], the Minister, on the advice of the Board, makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This order may be cited as the Pesticides (Amendment of First Schedule)
Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 1 August 2024.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The Pesticides Act 1974 is amended in the First Schedule—
(a)
by inserting after the item “Ethametsulfuron (including its salts and esters)” and the particulars appearing against it the following item and particulars:

(b)
by inserting after the item “Fenitrothion” and the particulars appearing against it the following item and particulars:
