(cyclohexylmethyl) 1H-indazole- 3- carboxamide (AB-CHMINACA)”;
(b)
dengan memasukkan selepas butiran “Aminorex” butiran yang berikut:
“Barbituric acid 1-4-Benzodiazepine except flumazenil and pirenzepine”;
(c)
dengan memotong butiran “Barbituric acid and other substances structurally derived therefrom; their compounds”;
(d)
dengan memotong butiran
“2-
(4-bromo-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-
methoxybenzyl) ethanamine (25B-NBOMe)”;
(e)
dengan memotong butiran
“2-(4-chloro-2,5-dimethoxyphenyl)-N-(2-

POISONS (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 2024
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 30(2) of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister, after consultation with the Poisons Board, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2024. Amendment of Third Schedule 2. The Poisons Act 1952 is amended in the Third Schedule, in paragraph 1—
(a)
by deleting the item
“N-[(1S)-1-
(Aminocarbonyl)-2-methylpropyl]-1-
(cyclohexylmethyl) 1H-indazole- 3- carboxamide (AB-CHMINACA)”;
(b)
by inserting after the item “Aminorex” the following items:
“Barbituric acid 1-4-Benzodiazepine except flumazenil and pirenzepine”;
(c)
by deleting the item “Barbituric acid and other substances structurally derived therefrom; their compounds”;
(d)
by deleting the item

by deleting the item
