COMPANIES ACT 1965

COMPANIES (AMENDMENT OF SCHEDULE) ORDER 2013

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 374 of the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125], the Minister makes the following order:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This order may be cited as the Companies (Amendment of Schedule)

Order 2013.

(2)

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2013.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Companies Act 1965 [Act 125] is amended—

(a)

in item 3(i), by substituting for the words “RM100,000” the words

“RM400,000”; and

(b)

in item 3(ii), by substituting for the words “RM100,000” the words

“RM400,000”.
