  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the

Renewable

Energy

(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2020.

This Order comes into operation on 13 December 2020.

Amendment of Schedule 2.

The Schedule to the Renewable Energy Act 2011 is amended in relation to the renewable resource of small hydropower—

(a)

in relation to item (a), in the third column, by substituting for the words

“0.2300-0.2599” the words “0.2288-0.2599”; and

in relation to item (b), in the third column, by substituting for the word

“0.2900” the words “0.2749-0.2900”.
