Akta Tenaga Boleh Baharu 2011 dipinda dalam Jadual—
(a)
berhubung dengan sumber boleh baharu “Biogas”, berhubung dengan butiran (a), dengan menggantikan butir-butir dalam Ruang Ketiga dengan butir-butir yang berikut:
Ruang Ketiga
Kadar tarif galakan (dalam ringgit bagi setiap kilowatt jam)
“Kadar tarif galakan asas
Sepuluh tahun pertama tempoh berkuat kuasa
Baki tempoh berkuat kuasa 0.3015 0.2515 – 0.3015”

berhubung dengan sumber boleh baharu “Biojisim”, berhubung dengan butiran (a), dengan menggantikan butir-butir dalam Ruang Ketiga dengan butir-butir yang berikut:

“Kadar tarif galakan asas
Sepuluh tahun pertama tempoh berkuat kuasa

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the
Renewable
Energy
(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2024.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 30 September 2024.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Renewable Energy Act 2011 is amended in Schedule—
(a)
in relation to renewable resource
“Biogas”, in relation to item (a), by substituting for the particulars in the Third Column the following particulars:
Third Column
Feed-in tariff rate (in ringgit per kilowatt hour)
“Basic feed-in tariff rate
First ten years of the effective period
Remaining effective period 0.3015 0.2515 – 0.3015”

in relation to renewable resource
