Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2016. Exemption 2. The Minister exempts Amanah Raya Berhad with the registration number 344986–V from all provisions of the Act in respect of the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule who are employed on a fixed term contract of service which is more than twenty-four months for the positions as specified in column (2).
