Bhd. dengan nombor pendaftaran 389346-D daripada semua peruntukan Akta berkenaan dengan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang diambil kerja untuk suatu kontrak perkhidmatan bertempoh tetap yang melebihi dua puluh empat bulan bagi jawatan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption) (No. 6) Order 2016. P.U. (A) 247 3 Exemption 2. The Minister exempts Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation Sdn. Bhd. with the registration number 389346-D from all provisions of the Act in respect of the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule who are employed on a fixed term contract of service which is more than twenty-four months for the positions as specified in column (2).
