Menteri mengecualikan Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad dengan nombor pendaftaran 578113-A daripada semua peruntukan Akta berkenaan dengan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang diambil kerja untuk suatu kontrak perkhidmatan bertempoh tetap, termasuk apa-apa pelanjutan, yang melebihi enam puluh bulan bagi jawatan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption) (No. 8) Order 2016. P.U. (A) 318 3 Exemption 2. The Minister exempts Malaysia Debt Ventures Berhad with the registration number 578113-A from all provisions of the Act in respect of the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule who are employed on a fixed term contract of service, inclusive of any extension, of more than sixty months for the positions as specified in column (2).
