of PERINTAH UNIVERSITI MALAYSIA PAHANG (PEMERBADANAN) (PINDAAN) 2023
Seksyen 14
Continuance of the Students’ Union of the University
(1)
The Students’ Union of the University which is established under the Universiti Malaysia Pahang before the date of coming into operation of this Order shall, on and after the date of coming into operation of this Order, be deemed to be established under the University.
(2)
The students who are members of the Students’ Union of the University under the Universiti Malaysia Pahang shall, on and after the date of coming into operation of this Order, in so far as eligible to be registered student under subsection 57(14)
of the
Constitution, remains as a member of the
Students’
Union of the University under the University.
(3)
The members elected to hold office in the Students’ Union of the University under the Universiti Malaysia Pahang shall, on and after the date of coming into operation of this Order, be deemed elected to hold office in the Students’ Union of the University under the University.
