Seksyen 8
Vesting of lands, properties and assets in University
All lands, properties and assets which before the date of coming into operation of this Order were vested in or reserved for the Universiti Malaysia Pahang or any person acting on its behalf shall, on and after the date of coming into operation of this Order, vest in or be reserved for the University or any person acting on its behalf without any transfer, conveyance or assignment.
