Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(1) of the Universities and University Colleges Act 1971 [Act 30], the Minister, after consultation with the Board, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (Campus) (Kuala Lumpur Branch) Order 2024. Establishment of Campus 2. Upon the coming into operation of this Order—

the name of the Campus referred to in subsubparagraph (a)
is “Universiti Teknologi Malaysia —
(Campus) (Kuala Lumpur Branch);
(a)
is located at
Lot 4582
Mukim
Setapak,
District of
Kuala
Lumpur,
Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur; and
(d)
the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence, Azman Hashim International
Business School, Malaysia-Japan Institute of Technology and any other
Faculty, School, Centre, Academy and Institute which are established for the purposes of the Campus referred to in subsubparagraph (a)
shall be located in the Campus.
